а почему нет, а как его тогда перепрограммировать?

так я и следую инструкции и не получается, об этом и пишу. если следовал и получилось не писал бы наверное а наслаждался жизнью.

Если это пульт с али, то инструкция может быть и не от него. Это самое вероятное. Марка пульта то же ни о чём не говорит. Пульт отдельно продавался или в комплекте с изделием? Код задаётся перемычками в приёмнике и пульте или пульт просто записывается в приёмник. Он не обучаемый.
